2002 Baja 25’ Outlaw Performance Boat. 496Mag, 375HP Big Block Mercruiser/Mercury power with Bravo 1 outdrive & aluminum trailer. This boat was bought new and owned by a now retired, 83 year old, NASCAR driver. This was their family boat for their place on the water. We have confirmed with the owners’ son that the boat did not spend a night outside or in the water, and was washed and flushed every single time before being put back in the climate controlled garage. It only has 166 original hours on it, which is less than 10 hours a year!!! The aluminum trailer has a 2 5/16†coupler, and is in great condition, also reflecting it’s low use/mileage. We towed it 40 miles to our facility with no issues, and the surge brakes work great; also easy to tow without a truck brake controller. The trailer also has the rear guides as well as front lower V-bunks which these two upgrades make launching and retrieving the boat VERY easy. The boat has been well maintained by professional mechanics. Overall, the boat is very clean. Often times boats of this age have quite a few dings, bumps, and the like, but NOT this one. Significant options & features on the boat include: switchable through hull or through prop exhaust (which works), trim in throttle on Mercury Kiekhaefer Zero-Effort controls, oil filled Baja signature Faria gauges (all work perfectly very surprising), extra switches so you can add lights/etc., tilt steering column, Instatrim Boat Leveler tabs with separate controls at the helm, dual batteries and switch; as well as jump lugs under the rear seat so you never have to worry about getting in the engine hatch; also making it easy for winter battery charging, cabin porta potty, with twin bow hatches, and plenty of storage, oil drain tube which makes oil changes a breeze, 6 (upgraded) pop-up cleats so no stubbed toes, and more not listed. The cockpit vinyl is in great condition, as is the sunpad, and the vinyl in the cabin reflects it’s non-use; as the boat has never been overnighted in either. The porta-potty is clean as well; and the cockpit cover is in perfect condition. The stereo works great with a small amp (but is dated and original), cockpit and cabin speakers, which you may choose to upgrade. There are currently only two flaws with the boat: the cockpit carpeting has a mark/flaw that cannot be removed, and the powdercoating on the swim platform is peeling. Neither of these flaws affect function and are very moderate for a boat of this price range. We have personally run this boat and have performance video documenting its usage and proper function as well as put a few hours on it pulling a tube and cruising the river. This Boat is At our 10016 Jeff Davis Hwy. Richmond 23237 location.
