2006 Freitghliner 4074 Custom Chassis Tuscany Damon Motor Coach Pusher Motorhome. This diesel pusher has 350 hp and is pre-DEF emissions, 22.5 alloy wheels with good treaded Goodyear tires that are 2020-2021 year replacements, Four slides, large awning side, camera systems, rear tow hitch receiver, floor plan is very well laid out with living room into the kitchen, two recliner chairs, sofa bed and rear master bedroom as well as provisions for washer dryer stack unit, etc. This unit has the typical wear and tear of a unit this age, but mechanically runs out extremely well. We have serviced it and done a proper safety state inspection for Virginia. We are selling this unit as you see it we have not checked not operated or done any due diligence throughout the unit other than put the slides out put them back in and we have driven it close to 500 miles so we can vouch for the mechanical ability. You are more than welcome to check this unit out anyway shape form as with our current projects and overwhelming inventory coming in we do not have time to do those things ourselves. If this unit does not sell before we get caught up, we will get to it we will do those items, but obviously that price will drastically increase more realistic market value. The items that we know off the top of our head are the power step is not operable one of the roof vents power vent motor is bad and it could use a thorough detailing.
